How to Order
Ordering Custom Magnets Is Easy. Please follow the 5 Steps Below:
Step 1) Choose Your Magnet Shape
We have several different shapes and sizes of magnets for you to choose from. We can cut magnets in any rectangular or square shape. In addition, we have various stock die-cut shapes that are available, which vary from pill shaped magnets to car shaped magnets to tooth shaped magnets. If there is a magnet shape you would like and you do not see it on our website, please email us and we will provide a custom quote.
Step 2) Email Us Your Artwork & Quantity
Once you have selected the shape and quantity you would like to use, it is time for you to Contact Us and email your artwork to orders@magnetbros.com. Before you send us your artwork, please review the artwork guidelines. Once your artwork has been received a customer service representative will get in touch with you shortly.
Step 3) Receive A Digital Proof
Now that we have received your artwork, our art department will review your submission. Once we have gone through the artwork we will send you a digital mock up for your approval. Once the digital proof is approved, we can begin to move forward with producing your magnets.
Step 4) Place Your Order
At this point your artwork should be confirmed, now all that's left to do is finalize your order. We will send you a Payment Form to be filled out. Once we have received this form and payment is confirmed we will proceed with your order. All order will be ready in 7 business days or sooner, unless otherwise specified. If you require your order to be shipped, be sure to discuss this with your customer service rep.
Step 5) Pick Up or Request Shipping
When you order is complete you will have the option to pick up your order from our location (FREE) or to have it shipped anywhere in North American via UPS. For orders shipping with UPS, we charge frieght based on UPS rates. For a freight quote, please ask your customer service representative.
