Order by email: for calendars, schedules, save-the-dates, photoframes or anything custom, email us and a real sales rep will check your artwork, answer questions and send a free digital proof before anything prints.

300 DPI at final print size (or vector AI/EPS/PDF — always perfect)
Add 1/8″ bleed if your design runs to the edge
Keep text 1/8″ inside the edge for clean cutting
No file? Send your logo and contact info and we’ll design it for a small fee

How do I place a magnet order?

Order online in any quantity through our Button Bros store, or email your artwork and quantity to [email protected] and a sales rep will send you a free digital proof. Nothing prints until you approve it.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

Print-ready PDF, AI, EPS or high-resolution JPEG/PNG (300 DPI at final size). Not sure if your file is usable? Send it anyway — we check every file and tell you honestly before anything prints.

How long does production take?

5-7 business days for standard orders. 48-hour rush production is available on most products — tell us your in-hands date when you order.

How do I pay for my order?

Online orders check out normally at Button Bros. For emailed orders, once you approve your proof our sales rep will send payment details — we accept e-transfer and major credit cards.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes — we ship coast to coast from Toronto, and local customers can pick up at our North York facility at Dufferin & Lawrence.
